I trained as a graphic designer, at both Ravensbourne and the Central School of Art, and then worked for several major London design groups in the 1960s and 70s. Painting has always been my first love though, and during that time I began selling my work through an agent in Chelsea, much of which went to American collectors.
Much later on in life I taught Art at Stamford School from 1997-2000, and have taught art to adults at Stamford Arts Centre for 15 years.
I am an exhibiting member of the Welland Valley Arts Society and Rutland Open Studios. Past exhibitions have been at Sands Gallery in Harrogate, and more recently at the Strand Gallery in Aldeburgh. Commissions are welcome. Prints and cards are available.
